I'm not going to be able to attend, but hope that some of you will go in our stead. Be vigilant about taking notes. What type of beer is he drinking? Is he dipping his wings in ranch dressing? What's he wearing? Business casual? What are you wearing? I heard the official dress code for those attending should be "fun and flirty".
Also let us know if Padres baseball comes up in conversation.

I interpreted it as
Byrnes would be there in person. It’s called a “tweetup” because the primary way you’d know about the event would be through twitter.

The game is on Channel 4 and CBS Sports
I’m sure it will be on a lot of places, including Bub’s. We might just have to ask them to turn it on since Ch. 4 and CBS Sports aren’t stations sports bars leave on the TVs.
Although, for Gaslamp reference, The Local and Wet Willie’s have San Diego State allegiances. I’ve seen The Local flying an SDSU flag outside. Wet Willie’s is owned by Aztec Will Demps. I also saw Bootlegger tweet this over the weekend, so I guess they like the Aztecs. Or just wanted Saturday afternoon patrons.
In the SDSU area I would think Effin’s Pub and Woodstock’s would be good watching spots. I went to Effin’s last year for one of the games against BYU last year. It was cramped then, but has since expanded.
