With the season over and interest in the Padres at an all time low... we created an online shop! The shop is powered by Spreadshirt.com. The best part is that Dex and I can just design the shirts and you don't have to depend on us mailing them to you, keeping them in stock or screwing things up in general.
You can finally get a classic Gaslamp Ball Retired Numbers Shirt that all the cool kids wear. The shop was so easy to use and set up I'm sure that we'll be creating some new designs in the near future. We can also create hats, underwears, sweatshirts and the like.
For now we've added the brand new Retro Numbers Shirt in Brown and Yellow. We've got different shirts for Men, Women and Toddlers, so take a look.

Looking good
The retro is nice, but I’m going to have to go with the classic black.

What's the difference between a heavy and a light tee?
Sam (sdsuaztec4) - October 13, 2008

TheThirdGonzalez - October 13, 2008

Underwears
Man, I’d love to have some retired numbers on my underwears. You could make it a game with any prospective honeys.
thenerdhater - October 13, 2008
that's a good idea
I’d have a separate peen gate for each number.
“Do we go with a Randy Jones big dog or the Garv tonight?”

No Retro
in Heavy Tee??? What the crap?
Jonny Dub - October 13, 2008

jbox - October 13, 2008
What the...crap???
Winfield's Ghost - October 13, 2008
Seriously
That’s Jon’s response to everything now. His voice gets really high pitched and he says “Whaaaaaaaaaat?” then he catches his breath and says really quickly “What the crap?”
jbox - October 13, 2008
very cool. so many decisions. retro or classic? small? medium?
Will these shrink after you wash them?
TheVinylCrocodile - October 13, 2008
When you click on the shirt it has a bunch of details about it
The women’s shirt says:
I have no idea if that helps or not.
jbox - October 13, 2008
Well, I'm assuming that means it won't shrink that much. Right? Or am I delusional?
TheVinylCrocodile - October 13, 2008
That's what he tried to say
Axion - October 14, 2008
Dangit, I started a spreadshirt store awhile ago..
but never finished it. Now I’ll look like a jerk if I ever get around to it.
Melvin Nieves - October 13, 2008
Too late
Actually we’ve had a spreadshirt shop for awhile too, but we were able to offer the shirts cheaper through another company. Since we originally started using spreadshirt, a year or so ago, they seem to have really dropped their prices and added functionality. It used to be tough to make any shirt for under 20 bucks.
jbox - October 13, 2008
dude, nobody will think you're a jerk
Get more stuff up there! The more people read the Padres blogs, the more people read the Padres blogs. Better off we’ll all be.
Dex - October 14, 2008
Right
Nobody calls anybody a jerk for using cafepress.
jbox - October 14, 2008
Well when they do
I’m gonna make millions.
