This whole thing with Trevor blowing the All-Star save is a little embarrassing... On two counts.
- Trevor's supposed to be good and all and he, like... totally blew that save.
- Jbox and I were watching the game and we got bored and switched the channel to watch The 40 Year Old Virgin on HBO, which might make us the suckiest baseball bloggers ever.
We're really sorry. Sorry about that. Don't like, tell Blez or anything that we suck... Cause... you know...

We were totally with the game
But then they did the Roberto Clemente thing, which was nice and all, but felt a lot like the Emmys or the Oscars or something. Like it just put a big lag in the middle of things so we changed the channel.Dex - July 11, 2006
All Star Game
The opening ceremonies were worse then the olympics. There's no half time in baseball. The game doesn't stop between the 4th and 5th inning. Everybody loves Clemente, but do it before or after the game. Clemente would have wanted it that way.P.S. that was a funny movie.

that is a funny movie. i never watch the allstar game. a baseball game that can end in a fuckin draw? no thanks. the whole home-field thing is a travesty as far as i'm concerned. the only thing that should be determined by the allstar game is who wins the all star game. feh.garth - July 13, 2006
